Often times when I pray before a meal, I consistently find myself thanking God for the cows. The cows and their beautiful dairy products. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without dairy! Growing up in Wisconsin, it's easy to say that I don't have weak bones (mmm milk!). Whether it be ice cream, milk, cream cheese, feta, sour cream, whipped cream, cheese curds, two year aged cheddar, or even Bella Vitano Merlot Parmesan...I really really love dairy more than the average. In fact, aside from wedding cake, I think cheese deserves it's own section on the food pyramid :)
Here's a video of one of my favorite recipes: Baked Brie! This appetizer is inexpensive, quick to make, and incredibly yummy. In fact, I've seen one of my friends eat half of one in a single sitting (you go, girl). The warm and buttery crust perfectly compliments the gooey, melty, and creamy brie. When it's topped with honey, it's to die for! When you combine sweet, savory, and buttery flavors in a single bite, beautiful things happen, people.
